Overview
ITIL® 4 represents a significant evolution from earlier versions. It moves beyond the traditional process-driven model of ITIL® v3 and embraces a more holistic, value-focused approach to service management. The ITIL® 4 framework introduces the Service Value System (SVS), which shows how all components of an organization work together to enable value creation.
This ITIL® Foundation course covers the four dimensions of service management: organizations and people; information and technology; partners and suppliers; and value streams and processes. It also introduces the ITIL® guiding principles, which provide universal guidance applicable to any organization's goals or management structure.
The course is designed to be completed within three to five days of intensive learning or spread across two weeks in a part-time format. By the end, you will be ready to attempt the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam, a 40-question multiple-choice paper with a 65 percent pass mark and a 60-minute duration.
